To ensure that individuals who report incidents of discrimination, harassment, or gender-based misconduct are protected from any form of retaliation, the University has established formal policies that safeguard whistleblowers form disadvantage in both educational and employment contexts. The policy guarantees strict confidentiality for both the reporter and the reported individual.
