Rajapruk University systematically tracks student graduation outcomes, with the Office of Academic Affairs and Educational Standards compiling and analyzing graduation data from 2020–2024. When disaggregated by sex, female students consistently demonstrate a graduation rate approximately 50 percent higher than that of male students.
To support degree completion for all learners, the University implements multiple support mechanisms, including a lifelong credit bank system that enables students to accumulate and retain earned credits, flexible distance-learning options for working or non-traditional learners, and an academic advisory system that proactively identifies students at risk of withdrawal. Targeted academic counselling is also provided for students of all ages, genders, religions, and those with disabilities to ensure equitable opportunities for timely graduation.

Monitoring Women’s Graduation Rates
In addition, the University closely monitors female students who are at risk of not completing their studies according to the curriculum structure. The Registrar’s Office, academic advisors, and faculty members contact these students via phone or LINE to provide individualized guidance, academic planning, and follow-up support. These interventions have contributed to improved outcomes, with 51 students successfully completing their studies, including 30 female students and 21 male students
