Rajapruk University enforces a zero-tolerance Anti-Sexual Harassment Policy applicable to all students, staff members, and visitors. The University provides clear definitions of sexual harassment, publicly communicates complaint procedures, and implements standardized investigation protocols to ensure transparency and accessibility. All cases are managed by a trained committee that conducts inquiries confidentially, safeguards the safety and dignity of complainants, and ensures that no individual faces retaliation for reporting misconduct.

To promote a safe and respectful environment for women, the University regularly conducts awareness programs, workshops, and prevention campaigns emphasizing respectful behavior, gender sensitivity, and harassment prevention.

In support of gender inclusivity, Rajapruk University also upholds a policy guaranteeing non-discrimination toward transgender individuals. To formalize this commitment, the University issued the “Policy on Equity and Gender Equality for Staff and Students of Rajapruk University, B.E. 2566 (2023)”, establishing institutional mechanisms that promote fair and respectful treatment for all. In B.E. 2567 (2024), the University updated this policy to improve its clarity, strengthen alignment with current institutional practices, and reinforce consistent implementation across all units of the University.
