In Academic Year 2024, the university employed a total of 231 staff members, including 144 academic staff. Among them, 79 individuals held senior academic or managerial positions. Of these senior roles, 28 were held by men and 51 by women. Female academics therefore accounted for 64.56% of all senior positions, demonstrating strong female representation in senior academic leadership in alignment with SDG 5.4.
