Rajapruk University actively promotes women’s participation in academic fields where they are underrepresented, such as Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, and Digital Technology for Business. The university conducts outreach to vocational colleges and supports applicants and students through scholarships, the Student Loan Fund, and on-campus employment opportunities. Female students also receive mentoring, career guidance, and industry-based internships through partnerships with local communities and private-sector organizations. Flexible online learning further supports women who balance study with work responsibilities. As a result, female enrolment increased in 2024: Logistics and Supply Chain Management by 20.31%, Information Technology by 46.15%, and Digital Technology for Business by 51.35%.
