5.3.3 Women’s access schemes.

Rajapruk University provides comprehensive women’s access schemes designed to strengthen participation, retention, and academic success for female students. These initiatives include scholarships for disciplines in which women are underrepresented, structured mentoring programmes, and leadership and skills-development training. The university also offers financial support, counselling services, and flexible learning options to reduce barriers faced by women from diverse backgrounds.

A dedicated Women’s Leadership Development Programme is provided for selected female students, aiming to enhance professional readiness and build future female leaders. In addition, the university promotes women’s engagement in sports by offering opportunities in pétanque, volleyball, and futsal; female athletes who pass the selection process receive full scholarships to support their athletic and academic development.
