5.3.1 Tracking access measures.

Rajapruk University systematically measures and tracks women’s access to higher education by collecting and analysing sex-disaggregated data throughout the entire admission pipeline, including application, selection, acceptance, and enrolment processes. This mechanism ensures continuous monitoring of gender equality in educational access.

In the 2024 academic year, the university received 1,723 applications, of which 1,092 were from women (63%). A total of 1,431 students enrolled, including 910 women (64%), indicating a consistently strong participation rate of female students. The Registration and Academic Records Office reviews and reports data twice a month, with clear disaggregation by gender, to identify gaps, assess potential inequalities, and support evidence-based decision-making. The tracking system consists of two key stages:

(1) contacting applicants who have not yet confirmed their admission, providing guidance and support via telephone; and

(2) following up with admitted students who have not enrolled in courses. This is jointly carried out by the Registration Office and academic advisors through telephone and the official LINE channel to assist students with both online and on-site registration.

These structured measures enable the university to effectively monitor women’s application and enrolment rates, promote equitable access, and enhance female participation in higher education.
