In terms of personnel management, the university places great importance on reducing inequality by employing persons with disabilities in accordance with the Promotion and Development of the Quality of Life of Persons with Disabilities Act, B.E. 2550 (2007), which stipulates an employment ratio of 100:1 (one employee with a disability for every 100 general employees).

At present, the university employs two persons with disabilities in positions suited to their abilities, providing them with stable income and helping reduce economic inequality. This initiative also demonstrates the university’s social responsibility as a model organization committed to equality.
