To ensure adequate maternity and childcare leave, the University issued the “Policy on Leave Procedures and Wage Compensation for University Staff, B.E. 2566 (2023)”, providing clear guidelines and protections for female staff members. In B.E. 2567 (2024), the University updated the “Policy on Leave Procedures and Wage Compensation for University Staff” to strengthen its implementation, improve clarity, and ensure consistent application across all university operations.
